I want to improve the routines and procedures inside my classroom. I have noted in my experience that classroom management is easier in a classroom with clear routines. I will study classroom routines in colleagues classrooms and online. I will be able to assess my improvement by the tone and character of my classroom. |

What advice do you have for new teachers entering the profession?
Not all days will be hard but some will push you to the limit. At the end of the day, the satisfaction of educating my students is more than rewarding enough. |
